Balsamic Roast Beef


3 or 4 pound boneless roast beef (chuck or round roast)
1 cup beef broth
1/2 cup The Shoreline Vine Traditional Balsamic Vinegar (Substitue Red Apple, Maple, or Pomegranate to name a few!)
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 Tablespoon soy sauce
1 Tablesppon Honey
1/2 Teaspoon red pepper flaes
4 cloves garlic, chopped coarsely


Place your roast in the slow cooker. Combine all ingredients in a medium size bowl. Pour over roast and set the timer on your cooker. Cook 4 hours on high or 6 hours on low. When its done remove the roast with tongs and bath it in 1 cup of the brother from the cooker and serve.
