1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed in fridge
2 tbsp. The Shoreline Vine Extra Virgin Olive Oil or any Infused Oil of your choice
½ Cup grated Asiago Cheese

¼ Cup grated Parmesan Cheese
1 tsp. chopped fresh rosemary


Roll pastry out to 8 x 11-inch rectangle, halve crosswise
Mix together olive oil, cheeses and rosemary in a bowl. Sprinkle over one pastry half and press the other half on top to cover.
Roll out to a 10-inch square. Cut into ½ inch strips & twist each strip. Brush any remaining oil/cheese mixture over the top.

Bake 400 degrees until golden (approximately 10 minutes).
